FIRE PROTECTION:

Backyard Xscapes offers several solutions to achieve Class A Fire rating and will discuss your application and product finishes to determine which solution integrates best with the finished assembly. All Class A FR is accompanied by certification stating the product that has been treated, the volume and type of coverage, project name and Ownership information, taking the guesswork of being “passable” out of the equation.

DURABILITY:

Synthetic thatch carries a 20 year Wind and UV warranty. Natural thatch can expect a longer life expectancy when used in a dry climate. Speak with your BYXS Commercial Rep to discuss your project and which material will be best suited.
