VIRO JAVA is a synthetic thatch made from HDPE. It is a 100% recyclable material that is maintenance free. It will not rot, mold, or shed! The synthetic material resists termites, birds, and insects that are the common cause of breakdown and failure of natural products. Viro Java thatch is sought after amongst architects, designers, hospitality, and zoos to create an authentic environment and natural appearance. Available in both umbrella panels and sub-roof panels, Viro Java is ideal for umbrella frames, gazebos, tiki huts, palapas, and solid roof structures.

Easy to install, Viro Java thatch sub-roof panels are installed as simply as a typical roof shingle, and umbrella panels easily clip on to metal frames.

Virothatch will not fad or discolor with strands varying in color for a natural appearance.

PRODUCT OPTIONS:

FIRE PROTECTION:

Virothatch is available in both non-fire rated and fire rated options. Fire rated panels meet a class A fire rating with inherent flame retardant (IFR) properties.

DURABILITY:

All Viro thatch products come with a 20 year warranty against fading and material failure.
